We Took Treysen to Frightmares last Saturday. He had so much fun. His cousins came and went with him. His favorite ride was Bombora, he loved it and I think we rode it like 1o times. He also loved the Halloween Houses as he calls them, he wasn't even scared. We got his face painted, and he wanted a pumpkin. He got mistaken as a tiger, but it looked pretty cute. We plan on going every year to Frightmares. Treysen can't wait until next year.

Well this is only about 10 days late, oops! My sweet little baby turned three on May 17th. I can't believe how fast time goes. He is a little more mouthy, but still just as cute! We love our little Treysen, he means everything to us!! Love you Bubs :)

Treysen loves drawing pictures. He came and got me and said "mommy I drew a duck, come and see." So I went in and saw his duck. I thought it was so good. Daddy was so impressed that he had to take pictures. He also drew an elephant, which turned out so cute! :) Not sure why the pictures are so tiny. Oh well!

So Treysen has been going camping this week. He has been sleeping in his tent and sleeping bag the last few nights. I didn't think he would stay there all night, but he does. This just may be a step to transitioning into a big boy bed.

We finally cut Treysen's hair today. It has been a couple of months. I actually wanted to keep it long because of the cute curls he gets in the back, but it was starting to get out of control. He just woke up from him nap so his hair is a little crazy. It definitely looked better right out of the tub. I'm glad we did it, because as you can see it looks a lot better!

Treysen is learning to go potty on the toilet. I'm surprised he is smiling in this picture, because he is usually crying and screaming. Nothing has happened yet, but I guess it's a start. Wish me luck!!!

Slip Sliding Away!!

We finally had some good weather, so we took Trey to the park. He is getting to big! He went down the slides all by himself. He went, and he went, and he went. He did not want to leave. He was finally distacted by a dog and he went chasing after it, and he tripped on the sidewalk and scraped his forehead. It was very sad, I felt so bad. This year was the first year we didn't get to spend Easter with our families. It was just the three of us. Blair and I hid eggs around the living room, and Trey had so much fun finding them and putting them in his bucket. We also colored eggs. Trey really liked that, but got upset when we wouldn't let him do it all by himself. After that Blair made us a really good dinner! It was a good Easter!!

Trey's First Airplane Ride!

This past week we went to Utah for spring break. We always love when we get the chance to go home. Treysen always seems so happy to be there. He loves seeing all of his grandparents and rufus (grandma Wardle's dog) of course. I'm not sure rufus feels the same way, but I think he is slowly warming up to him. While we were there we got the chance to go on an airplane. Blair's old boss, Tom, own's his own airplane and he offered to take us for a ride. Treysen was so excited to get inside. He really enjoyed it at first, but like most little kids he got bored real fast. So the last half of the ride was a little rough, but for the most part he was pretty good. I got a little sick, but we had a good time and I'm glad we got the chance to do it. My cousin Brian's baby girl was born that week, so we got to go and see her. She is a beautiful baby, with a head full of hair. They named her Kayley Mae. Congratulations Brian and Lacey! We also got to go see a movie, which we usually do when we are there because we always have a babysitter. This time my mom watched him for us so we could go and see 'Alice in Wonderland'. I really liked the movie, but I usually love any movie that Johnny Depp is in. ;) We went and ate at JC's with my parents and grandparents. I always love when I get to see my grandma and grandpa. I am glad they took the time to come and eat with us! Other than that we really didn't do a whole lot, but it was nice to just hang out and see Blair for more then just a couple hours a night. Christmas Break!!!

We got to spend all of christmas break in Utah with our families. We had a great 3 weeks. This year christmas was fun with Treysen, he was very spoiled. He loved his dusty vacuum, and Mr. potato head. While we were there we decided to get Trey's hair cut. He had a mullet down his back, so I figured it was time. It was very sad for me, because he wasn't going to be a baby anymore. He aged like 2 yrs with just getting it cut...Crazy! He does look very handsome though. Some days I still miss his hair, but it is easier to keep combed. Anyway, we had a great time in Utah, and it was very sad to go home!

This past weekend, we drove down to Denver for the zombie crawl. There were alot of very interesting people there. It's a good excuse for all the weirdo's to come out! It was cold, but we had fun!

So we have had 2 hailstorms since we've been here. I have never heard thunder so loud in my entire life. The weather is so crazy here. You can leave your house and it will be hot, but by the time you get across town ,it's freezing. So I have learned to always take a jacket and a blanket for Treysen, because we never know what kind of weather you will run into.

Well our new apartment is very nice and new, but very, very, very, small!!! We had to leave ALOT of our stuff behind because we don't even have half the storage we used to have. I still have boxes I need to send home that I have no room for. On the positive side, we like that the walls are not white, thats a nice change. We have a cute little patio where Treysen loves to go out and stare at the neighbors, until they start smoking, and then we have to come in and close the doors before our whole apartment smells of smoke. It's nice to have all new appliances, except I liked our other dishwasher way better than this one. I guess you can't have it all.

We are now Officially Wyoming Cowboys, Yee Haw!! Notice even our license plate is Wyoming. The cowboy logo is everywhere here. It's on everyone's car, window's on their house's, even on business's. They are very loyal fans, and very proud to be a Wyoming Cowboy. So we thought it was the only way to fit in, and not stand out to much.

I took Treysen to the Dr. today for is one year visit. He weighed in at 23lbs. and is 31in. long. The Dr. checked his ears, and to my surprise told me he had an ear infection...What? I had no idea, I felt like a horrible mother. So when I thought about it, it would explain the waking up at night screaming. Oh, I felt awful! Then to add to it Trey had to get 4 shots. He cried like crazy, I wanted to cry myself, and almost did. The nurse gave him a sucker and after a minute he calmed down and enjoyed the sucker. I hate taking Trey to the Dr., he is so dang sweet I hate to see him cry like that. Anyway here are some pictures of his bandaids.

So this month, on the 17th, is Treysen's 1st birthday. I cannot believe how fast this past year has gone by. It seems like I was just in the hospital. This coming Monday my mom and I are taking Trey to get his birthday pictures taken. I'm very excited because the photographer provides a cake and they will have Trey in his diaper, and while he is tearing into the cake they will be taking his picture, it should be so cute! I will post them as soon as I get them back. Also if anyone happens to watch Good Things Utah, his picture will be on there friday May 15th, so check it out! Treysen gets cuter everyday, he is so fun to watch as he learns new things. He is very entertaining, he keeps us laughing all the time. We love him so much!

Easter Weekend!

The past few Easters my family has gone out to Howell to ride 4-wheelers and have a cookout. It is always cold, but I think this year, at times, was freezing. Even though it was cold we still had a lot of fun. I have a really great family, I love them all! This was Treysen's first Easter and he loves being outside so he had a great time despite the weather. Unfortunately, Blair had to work that day and was unable to come, its just not the same without him there. I have a lot of pictures, and it was hard to narrow them down to just this many because there were so many good ones, but here are a few of my favorite's.
